Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most major health insurance providers, including Medicare Part D, Tricare, and Medicaid. If you are still unsure whether we can accept your insurance, simply give us a call and one of our staff members will be able to help you!

How do I refill my medications?

There are 2 ways you can refill your prescriptions: either call your preferred store with your refill information or refill online here! If you need more information on your store phone number, address, etc., please visit our locations page. 

How can I transfer my prescriptions to The Medicine Cabinet?

Transferring your prescriptions to us is an easy process! Simply call our location nearest to you and say you'd like to transfer your medications over to us. A staff member will then ask for your information and be happy to get those prescriptions tranferred for you!

What should I do if my insurance changes?

Changing insurances is a common occurrence we handle in our pharmacy. Should your insurance plan change, simply give us a call and we'll help get your new insurance set up in our system!
